From the first we met Kathy we realized that we were dealing with a knowledgeable, professional person. We hired Kathy to be our property manager after dealing with some bad tenants. She worked for us for almost 5 years, she handled maintenance and repair issues, she always willing to do whatever was needed to get things done. Kathy helped us sell our home in Riverview and find our new one in Valrico. The process took some time due to the heated nature of the market here in Florida. Kathy was patient and helpful as I kept tabs on the market, changed our minds on some things, and went out and looked at several properties (and made several offers). The market was pretty competitive, too, so it took some real trial and error to find the right one. Kathy was helpful and supportive through the whole process. It was like having a coach. And she knew the right one would come along. And... it did. Funny, too, because at the end I was ready to offer way too much for the house just to get it done. But, Kathy talked me off that ledge and she helped put in a good competitive offer that worked. We landed the house for about $20K less than I was about to offer.
Once we did some remodeling on the new place, we turned around and sold our home in Riverview. Kathy made it look easy, having the house under contract in a weekend and for an amount we never would have thought it would sell for.
The whole process worked out great and my wife and I appreciate all of Kathy's help and patience.

Our deal was done long distance - between Pennsylvania and Florida - and it went smoothly. We acquired Kathy after we already knew what property we wanted to purchase. She was great providing her strong knowledge during the process. We needed to sell my Mom and Dad's home in Sun City Center, FL. and my brother and I lived in different states. My Dad hired Kathy to help sell their house and we were very impressed by her knowledge and ability to get the most out of the sale. It was a long process in our case but she was very patient and did an excellent job keeping in touch with my brother and I as the process went along.
